2. Booking Process

  • Users must select a hostel, review details, and confirm availability before proceeding with payment.
  • Upon successful booking, a confirmation email/SMS will be sent with booking details.
  • Hostel check-in and check-out policies may vary and are mentioned in the hostel listing.

3. Payment Policy

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or other approved methods.
  • BookMyHostel does not store payment details; transactions are securely processed through third-party gateways.
  • Additional taxes and service charges (if applicable) will be disclosed before finalizing the booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation policies vary per hostel; users must check hostel-specific cancellation terms before booking.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the respective hostel’s policy.

  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in.

6. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking may be canceled without a refund.

  • We do not guarantee refunds or compensation for dissatisfaction with hostel facilities.
